It is a privilege to welcome you to Simon Balle All-through School. Our website is intended to be a window into the highest quality of education that we offer here, and to give you a sense of who we are and our shared vision and values.
We are proud of our all-through school: one school for students from the age of four all the way to eighteen. We are known for our high expectations, first class education and our innovative approach. Our curriculum is broad, and its progressive and sequential nature in every subject ensures that children are inspired and can successfully journey through fourteen years of learning with us. We believe that there is no tension between this academic ambition for all and a holistic education which supports every young person to develop their character and sense of self.

ONE YEAR CELEBRATION
It’s hard to believe it’s been a whole YEAR since we opened our beautiful new Reception outdoor space! From muddy kitchens to mini-beast hunts, building dens to water play – our little learners have explored every corner and every resource with endless curiosity and ...joy.
We’ve watched imaginations soar, friendships grow, and confidence bloom – all thanks to the freedom, fun, and fresh air this space provides every single day.
Here’s to many more magical moments outdoors!

COMMUNITY OPEN EVENING - NEW DATE!
The Elm Sports Centre at Simon Balle All-through School is looking like a champion already, basking in the sunshine outside and gearing up for action inside, with court lines being painted and cricket nets swinging into place!
We’re in the final ...stretch — the sporting equivalent of the last few seconds before the whistle, but despite our best efforts, we’ve had to make a tactical decision. Due to final checks and building regulations taking a little longer than expected (even the best teams need a bit of extra time in the dressing room!), we’re postponing our Community Open Evening from Wednesday 23rd April to Thursday 1st May, still from 4–6pm. All other details remain the same, and we’re excited to welcome you through the doors very soon for the grand unveiling.
We promise the final result will be well worth the wait, a facility ready for kick-off, tip-off, or the first serve! We appreciate your patience and understanding as we move closer to opening a space that truly reflects our shared ambition for sport and wellbeing.
