National Apprenticeship Week 2024 is taking place from 5th to 11th February 2024. The theme is Skills for Life, reflecting on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and employers to develop a workforce with future ready skills.
We are also hosting an ‘Apprenticeship Information Evening’ on Thursday 8th February in the school hall at 6.00pm. This event is open to all parents and students in Y11-13 and will cover a range of topics related to apprenticeships including: the different types of apprenticeships, searching for apprenticeships, support available, expectations and benefits of apprenticeships and the recruitment process.
